Search Terms
When a name, county, or other term is typed into a search box, the query may be sent to the third-party provider that operates that search tool. This site does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the message and reply address may be kept long enough to answer you, handle follow-up, and maintain basic business records. Messages are not shared outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.
